1. Fill Out the Inquiry Form
Submit a lead and let’s connect! I’ll answer any questions you have and walk you through the process.
2. Contract & Payment
I’ll send over a short contract and collect a non-refundable deposit to lock in your booking. Once that’s done, we’ll finalize your date on the calendar, and the creative process begins!
3. Logistics & Planning
A questionnaire will be sent your way to help me get to know you better. This will help guide our shoot planning. You will also receive a style guide, with some tips on how to achieve your desired photo aesthetic through wardrobe.
We’ll touch base about one week before your shoot to discuss final outfit selections and location details.
4. Shoot Day & Gallery Delivery
Today is the day! Let’s have fun.
Sneak peeks will be delivered within a few days.
Full galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks of your shoot date. (During busier seasons, delivery may take slightly longer)
The Process:
Locations within Newport, RI and nearby bordering areas such as Middletown & Portsmouth are included in package rate, small travel fee applicable for locations beyond.
Studios are suggested and required for some shoots, depending on desired aesthetic and weather. Studios costs vary and are not included in the photo package pricing.
I am happy to accomodate special shoot requests, including small events! I will send an email out in my newsletter and share on my instagram all scheduled mini sessions and travel plans.
